All products at Notpublic Studio are made-to-order and fulfilled through our Print-on-Demand partner, Gelato, ensuring high quality and global production coverage.


1. Order Processing Time

Processing time: 2–5 business days
Each item is printed once your order is placed.

During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 3–8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs, couriers, and location.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.

Some items may ship separately depending on the production facility.


4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if tracking is available for your destination).


5. Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees.
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Photos (for damaged items)

We will work with Gelato to resolve the issue.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

  • There is a printing defect

For eligible cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
