All products at Notpublic Studio are made-to-order and processed through our third-party fulfilment centres. Each item is individually produced once your order is placed, ensuring quality and care for every order we send out.

1. Order Processing Time

Production time is 3–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Each item is printed and prepared by our fulfilment partners before being dispatched. During peak seasons (November–January), processing may take slightly longer. For orders containing multiple items, the dispatch date is based on the item with the longest production time.

2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using Special Line Pro — a fast international tracked service. All times below are estimates from dispatch and do not include production time.

All delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

3. Fulfilment

All apparel orders (t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops) are processed and dispatched by our third-party fulfilment centre. Art prints and canvas products are processed by a separate fulfilment partner.

If your order contains both apparel and art print items, they may be dispatched separately from different fulfilment centres. In this case, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, and separate shipping charges will apply at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking availability may vary by destination. If tracking is not available for your region, we will confirm dispatch via email.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, significantly delayed beyond the estimated times above, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging (for damaged orders)

We will liaise with our fulfilment partners to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a printing or production error

For eligible cases, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
