1. When will my order arrive?
Your canvas print is made to order, which means production begins as soon as you place your order.
Timeline breakdown:
- Production: 2-5 business days (we print and prepare your order)
- Shipping: Varies by location
Total estimated delivery time from order date:
- USA: 5-12 business days
- UK & Europe: 5-13 business days
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 business days
- Rest of World: 9-20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (where available). Please note that during peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer.
2. My canvas arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! We’ll make it right.
If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, here’s what to do:
Contact us at shop@notpublic.studio within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your case and arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you. We work directly with our production partner Gelato to resolve these issues quickly.
Important: Please keep the damaged item until we confirm your replacement—we may need it for quality control purposes.
3. Can I return or exchange my canvas if I don't like it?
Because every canvas is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Color differences due to screen settings
- General buyer’s remorse
However, we DO replace items if:
- Your canvas arrives damaged during shipping
- There’s a printing defect or quality issue
- You received the wrong item
- The product doesn’t match what you ordered

4. Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
